    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

    SMART member of your factory, SMART is a CNC machining center wood lathe with 5 interpolated axes. It is designed for multi-processing such as shaping, turning, sanding and 5-axis detail milling with one machine. SMART is suitable for produtions of sofa, chair, table, cabinet furniture legs etc. It allows you to easily perform operations such as carving, motif, mounting hole, mortising, pattern etc. apart from turning operations. There are 6 different machining units: Shaping, Turning, Detail Milling, Sanding, Detail Sanding and Saw Turning Units.

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

    With its specially developed software, tenon dimensions can be programmed parametrically and stored in memory. The tenon thickness, tenon width, vertical position of the tenon, horizontal position of the tenon and tenon posture angle can be easily adjusted on the control panel. The cutters moves from the work-table to the work-table for processing. While there is a process on one of the work tables, the operator can feed parts to the other work table. Therefore, there is no waste of time and an increase in production is achieved.
